REFUNDS & RETURNS

We know that finding the perfect product can be a challenge, and while we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, feel free to reach out to us if for any reason you are not(Email: service@carpuride.com). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it or receive a full refund, subject to a Return Authorization from Carpuride.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued to the customer via the same method as purchase payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellations

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us within 24h of your purchase. If your payment is finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

2-year warranty

All of our products are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer for 2 years to the original purchaser. The manufacturer’s warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts(refer to the complete warranty included with the product for more details).

Return Instructions

The manufacturer’s warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and all accessories. We will charge you the original purchase price for damaged, altered, or missing items, including items that have tape or writing on them. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Limitation of Liability

Warranties do not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes such as acts of nature or shipping hazards, or damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse of the product. Neither does the warranty cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-Carpuride product used in connection with the product.

HOW TO WARRANTY

1. If it is a software problem, we can upgrade the software for free, and you can simply upgrade the software of the machine.
2. If the accessories are broken, we will provide new accessories for free within the warranty period (24 months). If the warranty period has expired, we will charge the cost of the accessories.
3. If it is a hardware problem, it is within the warranty period (24 months). You can send it to our designated after-sales address, and we will repair it for you free of charge. If the warranty period has passed, we will charge a certain fee according to the situation. If the warranty period has passed, we will charge a certain fee according to the situation.
