It is stable , I can reach my navi easily. The bracket does not cover any buttons.
Although I would like it better if it was little shorter, so the screen was closer to the dashboard like the navigation seemed to be part of it .

CARPURIDE CD Slot Mounting Bracket
The bracket fits perfectly into my car CD slot and is very sturdy. However, it is quite large and the when the screen is mounted, it sticks out MUCH more from the dash than I thought it would, so I probably won't end up using it. If the depth could be cut in 1/2, then it would be perfect for my application. But it is perfectly functional for vehicles with more room on the dash available.

I don't really have a good place for the standard mounts for the Carpuride carplay unit, so the CD adapter works great and seems very sturdy and steady.

CD slot holder works.
Cd slot holder works. In my car a bit lower for the Carpuride unit than I’d like. It also can do a bit of bouncing over rough roads. I’ll use it to allow quick movement of unit to a 2nd vehicle.

2. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:
The product exceeds the 30-day return period.
There is no valid order number or the purchase record does not match.
The product has been opened or used without any quality issue and cannot be resold (subject to customer service judgment).
The product is damaged, altered, missing accessories (including packaging materials, manuals, etc.), or not in its original condition.
The return was made without prior authorization from customer service.

Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation Rules
If the packagehas not been shipped, you may request to cancel the order. (Whether cancellation is possible depends on whether the package can be intercepted; due to time differences, customer service may not see your message immediately.) Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must be handled according to the Return Policy.
2. Refund Application Conditions and Amount
Package has not been shipped: The order can be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
Within 30 dayswithout quality issue(from the date of receiving the package): A full refund is supported, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Within 30 days with quality issue(from the date of receiving the package): A full refund is supported, and no fees will be deducted (return shipping will be covered by the official service).
Beyond 30 days(from the date of receiving the package): Refunds are not supported, and only repair services can be requested according to thewarranty policy.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Method
Refunds will only be made via the original payment method (such as international credit card or PayPal). We do not support changes in refund method. Carpuride is not responsible for any losses due to currency exchange fluctuations.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once the refund application is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–15 business days. Actual arrival time may vary depending on your payment platform or bank processing speed. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact customer service and provide your order number, payment proof, and refund request record for assistance.
