How long does it take to connect to my phone? Do I need to pair every time?
First-time pairing: About 2-3 minutes (requires both Bluetooth and WiFi connection).
After initial setup: Automatic connection in 10-15 seconds when you start your bike.

Can I connect two phones at the same time? (e.g., rider and passenger each using their own phone)
No - Only 1 phone can connect to CarPlay/Android Auto at a time.
The dual Bluetooth feature connects to 2 helmet audio devices, not 2 phones.
To switch phones: Disconnect current phone first, then pair the new one.
Can I operate the touchscreen with gloves? Does it work in the rain?

Aún no he podido disfrutar en ruta de él, pero las primeras impresiones son muy buenas. En primer lugar, a la moto le sienta como un guante, la pantalla se ve genial, conecta con el móvil rapidísimo. Me falta probarlo en ruta y ver que tal conecta con los intercomunicadores de los cascos. Pero las primeras impresiones son muy buenas, y vale cada euro que pagas por él. El 702B Pro lo tengo instalado en una BMW K1300GT, y es plug and play. Muy contento de momento con la compra, así como con el servicio pospuesta.

Parfait pour une BMW GS. Le 702B est la taille idéale. Il ne masque pas les infos du TFT . Le service consommateur est présent et très réactif ( pour la personnalisation de l’écran d’accueil , la notice en français et la procédure de couplage). Toutes les applications n’apparaissent pas, mais les principales sont là ( Apple musique, Waze, téléphone, message, plans …. ) . L’écran tactile est fonctionnel (avec des gants été pour l’instant) . S’enlève en 2 secondes sur le support GPS d’origine. Content de l’acquisition pour l’instant (1 mois d’utilisation).

The device is good ,some times its disconnect from the phone , that's irritating , also mounting is not good , its vibrating while in the Road Touring , then how it will survive off road rides , I made custom work on mounting bracket its fixed good so better than provide default mounts , try to focus the Mounting brackets, most of the riders are using AMPS Mount BRACKETS so try to Make new models. Compact with amps mounting brackets , that's will be highly recommended
I bought the 702RS-Pro mainly for the Radar Blind Spot Detection System, which is a very useful safety feature—especially with unpredictable drivers who tend to sit in your blind spot. I tested the unit indoors using USB power, and it has been working well so far. It also integrates smoothly with Android Auto on my Pixel 10 Pro.
I haven’t tested it on an actual motorcycle yet, as I’m currently waiting for delivery of my new motorcycle. Hope it works as intended.
Though i am still figuring out how to set Time in the unit. Always start with 00:00 whenever powered on. There are no instructions to set time or maybe it is not possible. My suggestion on improvement could be by adding a coin battery to run the clock internally as a backup once the power is down.
It’s attached already on my motorcycle. Now, I wished that there is like a bit of convenience like the 702 / 502, you can just pull it out and attach it back in.
