Are you looking to personalize your Carpuride system and make your device feel even more unique? Customizing your boot screen is a simple and effective way to enhance your riding experience.

Whether you want to display your brand logo, a favorite image, or just something that represents your style, our easy-to-follow guide will help you set up your custom boot screen quickly and efficiently.

Below are the detailed steps to get you started:

1. Prepare Materials and Submit Request

Send the following information to our customer service email: service@carpuride.com:

• Current Carpuride system version information.
• Image you wish to set as the boot screen (must be in JPG/JPEG or similar image format).

Important Notes:

The image resolution must be 1024×600. If it does not meet this requirement, don't worry, our customer service will help with it.

Dynamic image formats (such as GIF, APNG, etc.) are not supported.

2. Wait for Customer Service Feedback

• Once we receive your request, our customer service team will create a custom boot screen software based on the provided image and system version.
  
• After the software is ready, customer service will send it, along with installation instructions, to your email.

3. Download Boot Screen Software

On a Windows computer, download the boot screen software package from the email received from customer service. The file name will be isp_part.bin.

4. Format USB Storage Device

• Insert the USB into your computer and format it to FAT or FAT32 file system.
  
• Recommendation: Use a USB 3.0 device with 32GB or less of storage capacity to ensure compatibility and stability.

5. Copy Software to USB

Copy the downloaded isp_part.bin file to the root directory of the USB drive.

Important Notes:

The file name must remain exactly the same; do not add, delete, or modify any characters in the file name (for example, avoid changes like isp_part(1).bin).

There should not be any other files in the USB drive.

If the file name is changed, or there are extra files, the system will not recognize the file and the upgrade will fail.

6. Insert USB and Auto Upgrade

• Remove the USB from the computer and power on your Carpuride device.
  
• Insert the USB into the Carpuride device's USB port, and the system will automatically detect and begin upgrading the boot screen.
  
• Once the upgrade is complete, the device will automatically apply the new boot screen.
