Two power options:
Power Cable: Direct connection to motorcycle battery (6.5V-30V supported)
USB Cable: Connect to USB port (requires 5V, 3A minimum)
All ports (power, two cameras, wired controller) connect via color-coded cables. Follow the diagram for easy installation.
⚠️ BMW Compatibility: Due to different wiring configurations, this product cannot be used with BMW brackets. For BMW motorcycles, please choose our W602BS model instead.

Q1: Can the 603D navigate and record simultaneously? Will it affect performance?
Yes, the 603D can handle navigation and video recording at the same time without affecting performance. However, please note that navigation and camera feeds cannot be displayed in split-screen mode simultaneously - you'll need to switch between screens. The system is optimized to process both tasks smoothly in the background.
Q2: How is the camera recording quality at night or in tunnels?
The 603D's front and rear cameras perform best in well-lit conditions. Recording quality will decrease in low-light or nighttime environments, but basic footage can still be captured. We recommend turning on your vehicle's headlights during night rides for better recording results. The cameras are designed for ride documentation and do not have professional night vision capabilities.
Q3: Will the screen shake or fall off during high-speed riding?
The 603D's universal ring mount is designed for motorcycle high-speed riding scenarios and has been tested for vibration resistance. When properly installed, the screen will not shake or fall off at normal riding speeds (including highway speeds). We recommend regularly checking that the mount screws are tight and performing inspections before long rides.
Q4: Can I use my phone's hotspot for the 603D? Does navigation require data?
Once the 603D connects to your phone via CarPlay/Android Auto, it will use your phone's network connection for navigation and online features without needing a separate hotspot connection. Navigation apps (like Google Maps, Apple Maps) will consume your phone's data. We recommend downloading offline maps in advance to save data. The device does not support SIM cards or independent WiFi connectivity.
Q5: Can I view recorded videos directly on my phone? How do I export them?
Yes! You can view recorded videos directly on your phone. Simply tap the "WiFi video" icon on the device's home screen, scan the QR code that appears, and install the corresponding app following the instructions. Once installed, connect your phone to the device via WiFi, and you'll be able to view and manage all recorded video files directly in the app. Alternatively, you can also remove the TF card and use a card reader to transfer files.
Q6: Will cold winter temperatures or hot summer sun exposure affect the device?
The 603D operates within a temperature range of -20°C to 60°C, handling most seasonal and climate conditions. However, prolonged sun exposure may cause screen overheating and affect touch sensitivity. We recommend parking in shaded areas when possible or using a sunshade cover. In extremely cold environments, the device may take slightly longer to boot up, which is normal behavior.
