CARPURIDE Product Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy (“Policy”) is issued by CARPURIDE (“we” or “us”) and applies to all CARPURIDE electronic products (“Products”) purchased through official channels, including our website and authorized platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Mercado Libre). It outlines the scope, duration, procedures, and terms of our warranty service to protect your rights and ensure peace of mind.
I. Warranty Coverage & Conditions

Eligible Products:
Products purchased from CARPURIDE’s official website or authorized online stores, and verified with a valid order number that matches our purchase records.

Warranty Period:

Main Components (e.g., motherboard, display screen): 2 years

Other Components (e.g., chargers, cables, mounting brackets): 6 months

Warranty Coverage:
Within the applicable warranty period, if a product fails under normal use due to defects in design, materials, or manufacturing, we will provide free repair or part replacement. If repair is not feasible, we will offer a replacement of the same model/spec, or another mutually agreed-upon solution.
II. Exclusions (Not Covered by Warranty)
The following scenarios are not eligible for free warranty service. Repairs may be offered at cost based on our official rates:
- The product is beyond the warranty period.
- No valid order number or mismatched purchase records.
- Damage caused by misuse, failure to follow user manual, unauthorized repairs/modifications, use of unofficial power sources, dropping, or exposure to extreme temperatures.
- Damage due to force majeure or accidents (earthquake, flood, fire, lightning, war, riots, etc.).
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, faded paint, worn buttons, minor screen marks that don’t affect functionality).
- Malfunction caused by unauthorized software updates or firmware flashing.
⚠ Use of unofficial flashing tools or accessories will void warranty.
- Products obtained through unofficial channels (e.g., grey imports, second-hand without valid proof of purchase). Please contact your local distributor for warranty if purchased from a reseller.
III. Warranty Procedure
1. Submit a Claim
Send an email to: service@carpuride.com
Please include:
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice/receipt)
- Product serial number & barcode (on the device)
- Description of the issue
- Photos/videos of the fault (for faster diagnosis)
2. Fault Verification & Evaluation
We will respond within 3 business days, and if needed, arrange remote diagnosis to determine the issue and eligibility for warranty.
3. Shipping to Our Service Center
- Within 3 months: We cover return shipping cost.
- Over 3 months: Customer is responsible for return shipping.
4. Repair Process
Once received, we will follow our technical standards to repair the device. If major part replacement or extended repair time is needed, we’ll keep you informed.
5. Return to Customer
We will conduct full quality checks before sending the repaired/replaced product back. Return shipping is covered by us.
IV. Important Notes

Liability Limitation
We are only responsible for repairing the product itself. We are not liable for data loss, business interruptions, travel, or income loss during repair (unless otherwise required by law). Please back up your data before sending your product.

Parts Ownership
All replaced defective parts become our property and will be disposed of in compliance with environmental regulations.

Warranty Period
The original warranty period from the date of order remains unchanged, even after repair or replacement.

Policy Updates
We reserve the right to amend this policy as required by product updates, market changes, or legal regulations.
- Purchases made before a policy change are governed by the original version.
- Purchases made after a policy change are governed by the updated version.
V. Additional Terms
- Customers must provide truthful, accurate information during the warranty process. False claims or forged documents will result in denial of service and possible legal consequences.
- This policy is the primary agreement regarding CARPURIDE product warranty. In the event of inconsistencies, this version takes precedence (unless stated otherwise in a signed written agreement).
- If disputes arise, we encourage friendly resolution first. If necessary, either party may pursue legal action in the competent courts, or arbitration as per any agreed arbitration clauses.
