Hi,
I am contacting you regarding my Carpuride W702 Pro. The BM05 Bracket Base has broken on the very first day of use.
This is a structural failure of the material, as it broke during the first installation. Since this is a brand-new product that failed immediately, I am requesting a free replacement of the BM05 Bracket Base under warranty.
I am attaching photos of the broken part and my wiring setup (red, yellow, and purple connectors for the BSD radar) to confirm the exact model needed.
I look forward to your quick response to resolve this issue.

Hola, me pongo en contacto con vosotros porque la base del soporte BM05 de mi Carpuride W702 Pro se ha roto el primer día de uso.
Se trata de un fallo estructural del material, ya que se ha partido durante la primera instalación. Al ser un producto nuevo que ha fallado en su estreno, solicito el envío de un repuesto gratuito de la "BM05 Bracket Base" bajo garantía.
Adjunto fotos de la pieza rota y de mi cableado (conectores rojo, amarillo y lila para el radar BSD) para que verifiquéis que es el modelo exacto que necesito.
Espero vuestra respuesta para solucionar esto lo antes posible y no tener que comprar un repuesto por un fallo de fábrica
