Currently, we have received feedback regarding connection issues from some models of Huawei, Xiaomi, Redmi, Samsung, and Oppo. However, it is important to note that compatibility issues are not universal for entire brands, and a large number of models under the same brand can still be properly adapted. The stability of wireless connection is affected by multiple factors such as device hardware configuration, system version, and customized ROM optimization. The specific adaptation situation needs to be judged based on the actual usage scenario.
1. List of Confirmed Incompatible Models
After repeated testing and verification, the following models cannot temporarily support the wireless connection function of this product due to hardware communication module adaptation limitations or system characteristics:

Specific Huawei models: P30, P30 Pro, P40, Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro;

Huawei models with HarmonyOS: All Huawei devices equipped with HarmonyOS have not yet achieved compatibility due to differences in the system's distributed architecture and connection protocols.

The following models may experience unstable connection, disconnection, or pairing failure in some usage scenarios. It is recommended that you prioritize offline experience or consult customer service to confirm compatibility before purchasing:
