He puesto una reclamación ya que cuando he recibido el paquete resulta que la caja venía vacía, no se si ustedes por error enviaron la caja vacía o si el transporte vacío la caja, pero yo no he recibido nada y os compre 2 equipos.
This is NOT a good design as other ball mounts. The small screw is VERY SMALL and only has grip on a FEW threads!!! This ball must take the shock and vibration of being clamped to a fixture during a motorcycle ride. There are USA roads with 80mph and can have some slight bumps (which are more rockin' at that speed). Even 45-65mph can be tough and some of those roads are more bumpy.
I would love a redesign (and send me an updated one for free, please!) -- other vendors use a metal ball with an oversized hex screw down the center -- this is MUCH MORE SECURE and can handle the stress of being mounted. Ideally, you would want the 4-5mm Hex size.
IF my replacement part fails on me after my attempts to secure it; and they don't redesign this, I'm going to buy someone else's product. Love the Android Auto feature -- and it has to STAY securely mounted to be usable!
