J'ai reçu ma commande CAR137988 ( W712D) le 13/06/2026, tout est conforme lors du déballage.
J'ai procédé à l'installation sur ma moto Yamaha FJR 1300 aujourd'hui vendredi 16/06/2026.
Tout fonctionne bien, Carplay, pression des pneumatiques etc.. par contre,
je rencontre un problème avec le système caméra de mon Carpuride.
L’image des caméras est fortement dégradée (bandes horizontales, couleurs incorrectes, image instable), ce qui rend l’affichage inutilisable.

J’ai effectué plusieurs tests pour isoler le problème :
- batterie rechargée (tension correcte)
- alimentation testée en direct depuis alimentation après contact et aussi depuis USB.
- masse testée avec un fil direct depuis la batterie
- test avec chacune des deux caméras séparément
- branchements vérifiés et reconnectés plusieurs fois
Le défaut est identique avec les deux caméras.
Ma conclusion : le problème ne vient ni de l’alimentation ni des caméras elles-mêmes.
Il s’agit très probablement :
- soit d’un défaut du faisceau vidéo
- soit de l’entrée vidéo du boîtier Carpuride
Pouvez-vous procéder à un remplacement du matériel défectueux ou me proposer une solution ?

I like the 7 inch screen. Everything worked as expected. Unfortunately with the set up I can’t use my wonder wheel. So I’m sending it back to get 702BS. Will sit more flush with BMW cradle. More room for my tank bag. Also when I went to put in my WiFi there wasn’t a # sign to put in my password

quelques remarques mineures pour de prochaine améliorations :
- clarifier un peu le mode d'appairage du second casque pour le mode "intercom"
- simplifier la bascule vers le mode intercom a partir de chacun des menus
- développer et simplifier le mode intercom serait un plus en permettant une utilisation plus spontanée et automatique
mais autrement encore comme évoqué un très bon produit rapide a prendre en mains de très belle qualité.

Just finished installing the Carpuride W602S Pro with TPMS and it works great! I used a 3D printed GPS-type mount and it all fits perfect! Seeing the tire pressure is very handy vs purchasing the expensive Husqvarna parts for similar function (should have come with that from the factory!). My only complaint with Carpuride was that it too 4 weeks to get it from China with no update communication until I asked 3 weeks in. There should be a US or Canadian distributor to cut down on the shipping times. A month is WAY too long to wait and most people would expect 7-10 days. Obviously Carpuride doesn’t tell people 3-4 weeks or sales would drop. This needs to be improved!

I mounted it on a Kawasaki er6n and paired it with a Samsung ultra 23 and everything works flawlessly. First impressions were very positive. After that I also installed TPMS tire caps. I am very satisfied with the navigation and would like to recommend it. I would like to thank the staff at [****] who were very kind and answered all my emails. Best regards.

I use after navigator VI. Works perfect.
I used this to mount my carpuride 702 on my 2025 Honda transalp, it worked perfectly for my needs and seems well made plus it fit perfectly
Carpuride W602S Pro delivered, installed. The device met expectations, excellent mounting and power options, TPMS support. Also praise for the ability to change the welcome screen and support from the store page.
The screen is very large and bright even in direct sunlight, excellent for navigation and entertainment.
El equipo en si funciona bien, eventualmente se pierde la conexion con el celular, no me pasa en el auto, por lo que creo que es el Carpurride. en cuanto al kit de acople el que trae es bueno, la base del equipo limita mucho el tipo de anclajes por que trae un tubo y para motos monocilindricas las vibraciones probocan que el equipo rote.

Azt hiszem, hogy ez egy jó választás volt. Csak kicsit lassan adták fel, de ezt már más is említette.
A készülék mérete optimális, még erős napfényben is jól látszik. Amikor megjött, nem működött rajta a fényérzékelő, nem állította magát a fényviszonyokhoz, de a felszerelés után 4 nappal jött egy OTA frissítés, és megoldotta a problémát.
Jól kapcsolódik wifihez és telefonhoz is.
A Sygic előfizetője vagyok, így problémamentesen le is töltöttem a Play áruházból, erre van elegendő hely, mivel 64gb belső, és 64 gb sd van benne. Nagyon pontosan jelzi a útszakaszt, vannak helyek, ahol 14-18 műholdat lát, ez kb mindenre is elég. Egyenlőre zökkenőmentesen fut, remélem így is marad.
A kamerák szép képet adnak, beállítani viszont csak akkor lehet, ha a front kamera is be van kötve, egyébként nem jelenik meg a beállítás menü.
Jól működik az alvó módba kapcsolás is, csak figyeljetek, mert az alapbeállítás 24 órás, így azt mindenféleképpen át kell állítani.

Excelente. Fácil conexión. Con el sistema BMW de soporte queda muy bien asegurado. Se puede quitar y poner fácilmente. Podrían haber una mejora para manejar el volumen de música desde el control BMW
