I ordered the W702BS but received a cheap $5 Chinese smartwatch instead. When I contacted support, they ACCUSED ME of fraud. Now, they are refusing a refund unless I "smash the smartwatch with a hammer" on video. This is a malicious tactic to force me to destroy the evidence so I lose my bank dispute.
They are scammers. They sent a cheap item and are now trying to trick me into destroying evidence. I have filed a chargeback with my bank. STAY AWAY
I'm very satisfied. The price may be higher than other Chinese manufacturers, but I think it's worth the extra cost. I can't compare the quality of their products. One thing I know is that their service is excellent. You can always count on their help, and the assistance is immediate and professional, just like with others. I would only change the mounting method so that the device can be quickly removed, like the BMW version. I would also consider designing a steering wheel remote control for the ADV. I highly recommend it.
