I am extremely disappointed with your so‑called “free shipping.” It is NOT free at all. Your customers are forced to pay an additional customs fee at the border of their own country, and they only find out about this when the package has already arrived at the border. My national postal service notified me that I must pay an extra charge (+20 USD) just to receive the item — otherwise the package will not be delivered.
This is completely unacceptable. You should clearly inform customers about these mandatory customs fees BEFORE they place an order, not hide it behind the misleading phrase “free shipping.” Your lack of transparency causes frustration, delays, and unnecessary expenses for your customers. I will not recommend your store to anyone until you fix this.
