My order is on the way 15 days and it’s not moving. I don’t know where to call
Hi, I've been using the W702B for over a month now, and I've waited until now to comment here. About the W702, it works very well for me, I haven't had any problems. I use it daily, on a 90-minute ride or so. At first it seemed a bit big, but you get used to it quickly. I use an iPhone 15, and the connection is fast and stable. I've found that if it's phone is sharing the internet with a connected device (e.g. another phone or tablet), the W702 won't connect, but it's logical. Personal Hotspot should be disabled as a precaution. I haven't had any disconnects. I have activated the option for the audio to be over the phone, because I understand that connecting the mobile phone to the intercom I have better sound quality. The touchscreen works very well, and being 7 inches, I hit the icons better with the gloves. As for the BMW mount, at first it didn't work due to the lack of a magnet that activates the current in the bike's GPS mount. But a few days later they sent me a new one that already works.
In terms of customer service, Carpirude is the first company I know of that has European-style customer service: they respond quickly, they recognized and corrected the magnet error quickly, and they sent me a firmware update. My assessment is very positive, I hope they don't let their guard down.
In short, a good company, en excellent customer care service, a good investment, a good device, which completely changes the way you use the motorcycle if you like to listen to music, use a navigation application, talk on the phone, etc.
