Been using it for 2 weeks and it’s awesome! Touchscreen is fast with very low latency, screen does exactly what it supposed to do and so much more, the Bluetooth work flawlessly and the startup is fast… There is some improvements tho… the connector for the screen and stand does not fit perfectly and makes it possible for the screen to move, every time I touch it there’s a 0,5 cm wobbling could be better with the fixed stand, haven’t tried… They should also try to make it possible to watch movie streaming services such as Netflix or Disney… when you share your phone screen it shows exactly what’s on the phone and if it locks itself then the movie or whatever disappears, the screen share is instant so that’s a big plus… haven’t tried the backup camera as it’s not mounted… Siri on apple CarPlay works great and the microphone to, auto adjust brightness also keeps your eyes safe from bright light. Customer support is great and gives you clear instructions if something doesn’t work or if you would like to change wallpaper on the startup screen!

TL:DR, W103 Pro and W609 are great products exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend them as well as the service team.
Anyhow, just want to repeat that W103 Pro exceeded my expectations, works perfectly on a 20 year and a 15 year old car, with FM as well as Aux input. Sound quality via Aux is on par with OEM CD player. I actually initially bought W609 from Amazon to try out this product and company. So happy that I bought the W103 Pro for my other older car directly from Carpuride, and used the W103 backup camera with the W609; it required a different cable that the Services sent me for free. The former takes 3 pole/segment 2.5mm AV plug, while the latter 4 pole/segment 3.5mm plug. The gooseneck mount itself is sturdy, but the pegs are a hair too small for the W103, though the dash mount one is perfect. The Services also sent one another style of the dash mount for me to get a perfect fit for a particular spot on my car's dash; once fitted, the W103 really looks OEM; see photo.
In between, I also tried the W903, but its all in one features are not what I need. The real deal breaker actually is its lack of volume output adjustment on the device. I wanted the device's output matching the FM radio.
Both wireless and wired CarPlay work perfectly, with multiple iPhones. Switching from iPhone to iPhone takes a few steps but works. The startup time is about 10s, just short enough. Audio quality via the Aux is very good, though FM can be stronger. The screens are clear and legible, on both, and I don't feel higher resolution is needed. Glare on the screen is not noticeable though I do remember seeing my refection on the screen when heading into the sun. The auto brightness control works perfect for me, so no need to fiddle it.
In summary, I'm super happy to have modernized too old cars, without spending much. Do not hesitate to purchase Carpuride products, and need not worry about after sale service.
I will give 5 star because I am happy with the product but there are things which could be better. The internal mic it is not so great but I am using an external one. The device itself it is working great. The booting time seems to be little bit longer after installed a personalised logo, probably a couple of seconds extra. Apple CarPlay it is working really good, siri is there all the time which is great. The touchscreen could be more responsive but I use Siri most of the time. Even if you find some issues, there is also a different way to avoid that issue. The customer service it is great as well, I did lots of research before buying the product and I sent lots of questions. Delivered to Uk in about 1 week.
Absolutely brilliant product. Did research for 6 months and nothing beats this. Simple installation! Excellent sound quality. And great build quality. Setup straight forward. Everything just works. A non intrusive product. Just plug and play. Super happy with product! Will support them again and again!
