The W502 is great unit. Super simple interface, connects seamlessly, and sized to fit most bikes. RAM-type mounts are also solid. It's not a dedicated nav so if your phone looses reception and your turn off the power, you're lost. In remote areas, I left the ignition on for short stops to keep the GPS and map active.
A couple of recommendations to Carpuride.
1) also provide a bracket that fits adventure bike navigator bars. This would be easy to do. Simply replace the ball mount screwed to back of the unit with a bar-type clamp. I ended up replacing the ball from the ball mount with a bicycle clamp to attach the W502 to my bike's nav bar. Works ok, but a factory solution would be better
2) provide more levels of brightness adjustment. At night I find the screen too bright even in night mode and end up turning the screen off.
