Screen is decent, missing screws from the back (not sure how). Customer service responsive and hopefully on top of it. Awaiting new screws for unit to arrive.

This unit (W702) is great! I bought it primarily for the ability to see who's calling on the phone, and secondarily for the ability to see and hear my music. I don't like having my phone on the handlebars and this took care of that. Android Auto is seemless and the ability to use it for directions is nice. Sadly, most of my travels require multiple stops and adjusted routes and there just isn't an android app out there yet that does that, so I still have to rely on my gps unit. (Not Carpuride's fault!) Now I can even see weather on an android auto app and don't have to pull out my phone. That's a nice plus. The reason for 4 stars vs 5 is that my phone call quality was really bad when following the instructions provided in the Carpuride manual for pairing and other setup. Neither the person I was calling or me could understand each other it was so garbled. So here's 5 stars to the support at Carpuride. After describing my problem (via email) I received an alternate way to pair my devices. After some difficulty following their suggestion (probably my fault) I had it set up and everything works great with crystal clear calls, great music and all the other android Auto abilities. Now that it's set up, I give it 5 stars, but I can't ignore that problem. Highly recommended!

Carpuride was easy to fix at the bike. Connections to my Honor 90 and my Sena Helmet earphone was quick an easy. During riding very good speech qualitay,
Connection to my phone very stable. But i am a little bit unsure if the ram mount constuction on the rear side of the decice is restistant enough to absorbe shock vibrations while riding bad roads. I will hope the best.
